Take a mixing bowl and add all bhatoora ingredients. Make a roti dough using water and leave for 2 hours
FOR CHOLE - Take a bowl and add turmeric, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, Ciba chana masala and 1/2 cup water and leave for 15 minutes
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds and soaked spices. Saute until the oil gets separated in spices. Keep the gas flame low
Add tomato puree and saute until oil starts leaving sides of the pan.
Now add boiled chole and water as required. Close the cooker. Cook on medium flame for 1 whistle
When pressure releases, open the lid and spread chopped coriander on the curry. Chole is ready.
FOR BHATOORE - Heat enough oil in a pan for frying bhatoore
Divide the dough in 12 equal parts and make balls. Roll them using rolling pin
Fry them from both the sides until they become light golden in colour
Delicious and spicy 'Chole Bhatoore' is ready to be served
