Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup sweet dark chocolate


  • 1 cup dark chocolate


  • 1 cup cream


  • 2 tbsp icing sugar


  • 1 tsp shredded choclate for garnish


  • 1 tsp nuts for garnish

Directions

  • First melt sweet choclate in double boiler (do not over heat)
  • Add cream and icing sugar mix it well and keep it side for cool
  • Melt dark chocolate in double boiler ( do not over heat)
  • Add icing sugar and mix.keep it for cool
  • Use of icing bag or with spoon, first pour dark chocolate and then sweet chocolate and prepared mousse
  • Garnish with chocolate and nuts
