Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups ings for the dough : maida


  • 1 tbsp wheat flour


  • 1 tbsp rawa


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp ajjwain


  • 2 tbsp oil for moun


  • 2-3 nos ings for filling : boiled potatoes


  • 2 nos grated carrots


  • 2 nos capsicum finely chopped


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp chat masala


  • 2 tsp garzm masala


  • 2 tsp amchur powder


  • 1 tbsp gg paste


  • 1 tsp coriander


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste

Directions

  • Mix all the above ings nicely rub it with ur palm n use water to knead the dough. Cover n let it rest for sumtym
  • For fillings:Mix all the above ings to make a dough.
  • Now make very small equal size balls from the maida dough roll lije a puri put the filling n gv toffee shape. N press the sides with the help of fork.
  • Deep fry on medium flame.
  • Enjoy hot with sauce or chutney.
