Heat oil and add mustard seeds and methi dana.
Add garlic, onion and salt. Mix it well.
Whisk besan and all the spices together except red chilly powder and fenugreek.
Transfer it into the pan and keep stirring it.
Add desired amount of water and mix it. Add red chilly powder and mix it again. Cover for 5 minutes.
Add dried fenugreek and trasnfer into a bowl. Serve with a dash of oil and coriander leaves.
