Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups besan


  • 1 nos sliced onion


  • 1 nos green chilly chopped


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 2 tsp fresh coriander


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1 tsp curd

Directions

  • Heat oil and add mustard seeds, hing .
  • Add onion and green chilly and let onion turn translucent
  • Whisk in besan, salt, turmeric powder , curd and incorporate water. Transfer this mixture into the pan and keep stirring.
  • Add water as per desired consistency is reached.Cover for 5 minutes.
  • Add fresh coriander and serve hot.
