Ingredients

Serves 4

  • besan 1 cups

  • sliced onion 1 nos

  • green chilly chopped 1 nos

  • mustard seeds 1 tsp

  • fresh coriander 2 tsp

  • hing 1 pinch

  • curd 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil and add mustard seeds, hing .

  • 02

    Add onion and green chilly and let onion turn translucent

  • 03

    Whisk in besan, salt, turmeric powder , curd and incorporate water. Transfer this mixture into the pan and keep stirring.

    Add water as per desired consistency is reached.Cover for 5 minutes.

  • 05

    Add fresh coriander and serve hot.
