Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Ings for the dough : maida 1 cups

  • wheat flour 1 tbsp

  • rawa 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • jeera 1 tsp

  • ajjwain 1 tsp

  • oil for moun 2 tbsp

  • Ings for filling :boiled potatoes 2-3 nos

  • grated carrots 2 nos

  • capsicum finely chopped 2 nos

  • red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • chat masala 2 tsp

  • amchur powder 2 tsp

  • gg paste 2 tsp

  • Coriander 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

Directions

    Mix all the above ings nicely rub it with ur palm n use water to knead the dough. Cover n let it rest for sumtym

    Mix all the filling ings

    Heat 1 tbsp oil n saute the filling for 3_4 mins .off the flame n let it cool ..

  • 04

    Now make very small equal size balls from the maida dough roll like a puri put the filling n roll . fold the sides to get spring roll shape.

    Deep fry on mdiium flame.

    Enjoy hot with sauce or chutney.
