Ingredients

Serves 4

  • bread slices cut into rounds 6-8 nos

  • besan 1 cups

  • green chutney 1 cups

  • tomato sauce 1/2 cups

  • grated cheese 1 cups

  • Coriander 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

Directions

    Make the semi_ liquid batter of besan by adding salt red chilli chat masala n coriander n keep aside. See that there are no lumps.

    Now take bread slices and apply chutney on 4 pieces of bread n tomato sauce on another 4 pieces of bread.

    Now put the grated cheese over chutney bread n cover it with tomato sauce bread.

    Complete all the sandwiches in the same way.

    Now take 1 sandwich dip in besan batter nicely from all sides n deep fry on medium flame.

    Cut into 2 half n enjoy with sauce n chutney.

    With a cup of hot tea or coffee.
