  • 6-8 nos bread slices cut into rounds

  • 1 cups besan

  • 1 cups green chutney

  • 1/2 cups tomato sauce

  • 1 cups grated cheese

  • 1 tsp coriander

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • Make the semi_ liquid batter of besan by adding salt red chilli chat masala n coriander n keep aside. See that there are no lumps.
  • Now take bread slices and apply chutney on 4 pieces of bread n tomato sauce on another 4 pieces of bread.
  • Now put the grated cheese over chutney bread n cover it with tomato sauce bread.
  • Complete all the sandwiches in the same way.
  • Now take 1 sandwich dip in besan batter nicely from all sides n deep fry on medium flame.
  • Cut into 2 half n enjoy with sauce n chutney.
  • With a cup of hot tea or coffee.
