Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Potatoes chopped into cubes 2 cup


  • Beans chopped into small pieces 1 cup


  • Onion paste 1 tablespoon


  • Tomato puree 1/2 tablespoon


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon


  • Salt and chilly according to taste


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Kitchen king masala 1 teaspoon


  • Dhaniya powder 1 teaspoon


  • Oil 2 tablespoons


  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • First heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to splutter.
  • Now add onion paste and saute till raw aroma disappears.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for next two minutes.
  • Now add tomato puree and saute till fat releases.
  • Now add all spices except kitchen king masala and mix nicely.
  • Add both chopped veggies and mix nicely .
  • Now lid the pan on low flame and let veggies cooked.
  • After 5 minutes remove lid and stir again , so that veggies can cook evenly from all sides.
  • Again lid it and cook for next 5 minutes or until veggies soften.
  • At last add kitchen king masala and mix softly . So that potatoes don't break.
  • Now switch off the flame. Yummy masala potato beans are ready.
  • Serve hot with rice , naan or parantha.
