Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Potatoes chopped into cubes 2 cup

  • Beans chopped into small pieces 1 cup

  • Onion paste 1 tablespoon

  • Tomato puree 1/2 tablespoon

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon

  • Salt and chilly according to taste

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Kitchen king masala 1 teaspoon

  • Dhaniya powder 1 teaspoon

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

Directions

    First heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to splutter.

    Now add onion paste and saute till raw aroma disappears.

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute for next two minutes.

    Now add tomato puree and saute till fat releases.

    Now add all spices except kitchen king masala and mix nicely.

    Add both chopped veggies and mix nicely .

    Now lid the pan on low flame and let veggies cooked.

    After 5 minutes remove lid and stir again , so that veggies can cook evenly from all sides.

    Again lid it and cook for next 5 minutes or until veggies soften.

    At last add kitchen king masala and mix softly . So that potatoes don't break.

    Now switch off the flame. Yummy masala potato beans are ready.

    Serve hot with rice , naan or parantha.
