Ingredients

Serves 1

  • spaghetti 100 gms

  • curd 1 cups

  • grated garlic 4 nos

  • oregano 1 tsp

  • olive oil 1 tsp

  • mixed herbs 1 tsp

  • chilly flakes 1 tsp

Directions

    Boil spaghetti until al dante with a pinch of salt.

  • 02

    Drain and wash it under water.

  • 03

    Whisk curd with salt, garlic and all the spices and let it rest for a minute till the flavour of garlic is absorbed.

  • 04

    Add the spaghetti in it and toss gently.

  • 05

    Serve it with a dash of olive oil and seasoning.
