Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 us potato


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tsp seasme seeds


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 2 tbsp ketch up


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 8 nos mint leaves


  • 3 tbsp oil for fry potato rounds


  • 1 cups rice flour for pathiri roti


  • 1 cups water


  • 1 tsp for roti salt


  • 1 tsp for roti oil

Directions

  • Cut potatoes in slices
  • And fry them
  • Heat oil add jeera and rai
  • Add seasme seefs,haldi and salt on low flame
  • Add ketch up and chopped mint leaves
  • Add potato slices and mix all of them
  • Sprinkle flakes and coriander leaves
  • For pathiri roti heat water in a pan
  • Add salt and oil
  • When water boils add rice flour
  • Mix properly and cover for 5 min.
  • Transfer in a plate
  • Bring together with hands and make dough
  • Grease with oil and keep covered
  • Take a ball sprinkle dry rice flour and roll down
  • Cut round with a lid
  • Heat tawa and cook it for 5 sec.
  • Then flip it and cook from other side
  • Our soft pathiri rotis are ready
