Cut potatoes in slices
And fry them
Heat oil add jeera and rai
Add seasme seefs,haldi and salt on low flame
Add ketch up and chopped mint leaves
Add potato slices and mix all of them
Sprinkle flakes and coriander leaves
For pathiri roti heat water in a pan
Add salt and oil
When water boils add rice flour
Mix properly and cover for 5 min.
Transfer in a plate
Bring together with hands and make dough
Grease with oil and keep covered
Take a ball sprinkle dry rice flour and roll down
Cut round with a lid
Heat tawa and cook it for 5 sec.
Then flip it and cook from other side
