Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup idli battar


  • 1/2 cup spinach


  • 1/2 cup moong sprouts


  • 1 tbsp grated carrot


  • 1 tbsp grated beetroot


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil for tadka


  • 2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 10 curry leaves


  • 1 chop green chilli


  • 2 tbsp roasted chana


  • 1 cup wheat flour for parantha


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1/2 cup chop methi


  • For parantha 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp Oil for cooking


  • For salad 6 slices of cucumber


  • 2 red and yellow cherry tomato


  • 1 cheese slice


  • For fruit salad 1/2 chop mango


  • 1/2 chop apple


  • 7 cherries


  • 2 tsp dill leaves


  • 1 tsp honey


  • 1/2 lemon juice


  • 1/4 tsp pepper a d 1/2. Tsp salt

Directions

  • In a mixer add spinach,sprouts,idli battar,ginger and chilli paste
  • And blend them
  • Take out this battar in bowl add spices
  • Add grated carrot and beetroot
  • Now make tadka with given ingredients
  • And add in mixture
  • Pour battar in greased appe pan
  • Top with chana and curry leaves
  • Add some oil and cook from both sides
  • For parantha add all ingredients and make dough
  • Roll down and cut in desired shapes to attract their hunger
  • Heat tawa add oil and cook from both sides
  • For salad cut cucumber and cheese in slices
  • Cut cherry tomatoes
  • Assemble and Insert toothpicks
  • For fruit salad chop fruits as you desire
  • Add salt,hiney,pepper,lemon juice and mix them
  • Take fruits in bowl add pomegranate pearls and cherries
  • Add prepared dressing
  • Now pack lunch with some sauce or chutney for appe and parantha
