Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 60 gms dark chocolate


  • 1 nos egg


  • 40 gms sugar


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1 tbsp whole wheat flour

Directions

  • Melt the chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds until it's smooth and shiny.
  • Butter two ramekin bowls and set aside.
  • Cream butter and sugar and Vanilla extract until creamy and fluffy with a hand blender.
  • Add an egg and mix well with the blender.
  • Add the wheat flour and mix well with the spatula.
  • Finally add in the chocolate and mix everything well with the help of a spatula.
  • Pour the batter into ramekin bowls until they are 3/4th filled.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm as it is or with the scope of vanilla ice cream.
