gobi cut into small pieces 150 gms
potato cut into small pieces 1 nos
curd 1 tsp
red chilly powder 1 tsp
haldi 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
mustard seeds 1 tsp
Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
Add tomato and gobi and aloo.
Mix it and add all the spices along with salt.
Cover for 5 minutes.
Add some water and curd. bring it to boil.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
