Take a cooker oil add onion n cook till it is caramalised.
Add red chilli n stir well .
Now put the tomatoes n cook till they are little tender
Add 1/2 glass of water.
Add 1/2 glass of water.
Now blend the onion mixture with a hand blender.
Keep it on low flame by adding 2 mor tbsp of oil n add salt n all the dry masalas curry leavez bay leaves.
Cook till oil seperates.
Now add the curd n stir well
Put the cholas n stir well n cook.
Put the tamarind pulp.
N keep stirring in between .
Cook till oil seperates.
Add water according to the gravy u want. N let it boil..
Add the chola masalas n off the flame
Ur yummiii cholas r ready to b served with puris or batruras.
