Ingredients

Serves 4

  • rajma soaked for 2_3 hours 1 cups

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • onion 2 nos

  • tomatoes 4 nos

  • tej patta 2 nos

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • dhania powder 1 tsp

  • rajma masala 2 tsp

  • haldi 1/2 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

Directions

  • 01

    Make a paste of onion n tomatoes.

  • 02

    Heat oil in a cooker n saute gg paste.

  • 03

    Add the onion paste n all the dry masalas tej patta n cook till oil seperates keep stirring in between.

    Now add rajma n let it cook on mediym flame.

  • 05

    When it starts leaving sides add water accordingly n give 4_5 whistles.

    Simple n easy but yummiii rajma ready to serve with rice.
