Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken pcs 1/2 kgs

  • Rice 1 bowls

  • Sliced onion 4 nos

  • Garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Ginger paste 1 tsp

  • Black pepper corn 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon stick 1 nos

  • Cardamom 2 nos

  • Brown elaichi 1 nos

  • Cloves 5 nos

  • Salt as taste 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Water 500 ml

  • Water,for chicken 100 ml

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Tomato puree 1 cups

Directions

    Wash a rice and soaked at one hour.

  • 02

    Then take a bowl add chicken pcs washed.

  • 03

    Take a cooker add little bit of salt,half glass of water ,chicken pcs and whole masala add and boil for 3 whistle.

    Take a wok add oil ,then oil heat add garlic paste saute for few seconds add onion saute till golden brown then add all masala ,ginger and tomato puree saute few minutes then add chicken pcs saute 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes add rice mix well then add water and cover with lid .

    After 10 or 15 minutes chicken biryani r ready.
