  • FOR SCHEZWAN SAUCE:Dry whole red chilli 20 nos

  • Garlic cloves 1 cups

  • Ginger grated 1 cups

  • Green coriander steam 1 sprig

  • Fresh spring greens onion 1 sprig

  • Fresh spring onion bulbs 1 sprig

  • Vinegar white 2 cups

  • Tomato ketchup 1 cups

  • Cornstarch 4 tsp

  • Water 1/2 cups

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Oil 2 tsp

  • TO SCHEZWAN BELL PEPPERS WITH PANEER AND LOTS OF DICED ONION:Bell Peppers(Red,Green & Yellow) 3 nos

  • DICED onion 5 nos

  • Paneer 200 gms

  • Oil 3 tsp

  • Salt ..as taste 1 tsp

  • Cornstarch 2 tsp

  • Haldi 1/4 tsp

  • Schezwan sauce 2 tsp

  • Fresh tomato puree 1/2 cups

    To make Schewzan Sauce:2cups white vinegar main whole chilli ko over night soak kare chilli ko tukro main hath se thorh le.

    Wok mainoil heat kare garlic ko chop kar dale ginger and onion dale bulb wala part add salt .

    Soaked chilli ko grind kar paste bana le.

    Onion garlic paste maon chilli paste dale spring onion dale tomato ketchup bhi dal de water main cornstarch mix kar dale jab thick ho jaye tho cool kar fridge main rakh le .jab bhi use karna ho nikal kar use kare.

    To make Schewzan Bell Peppers with paneer and onion:Paneer ke cubes kat kar cornstarch se coat kar le.

    Wok main oil heat kar paneer saute kar le panner alag nikal le isse oil main onion dale

    saute kare tomato puree dale salt and schezwan sauce dale bell pepper dal de thori daar pakaye jayada nahi pakana hai paneer cubes dal

    mix kare and schezwan rice ke saath serve kare.
