Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1 cups for chocolate mousse : dark chocolate


  • 1 cups butter


  • 1 cups whipped cream ( becomes 2 cups after whipping)

Directions

  • For cake
  • Mix all purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda in a mixer grinder
  • In one bowl mix all the ingredients that is oil, milk and curd well then add the above mixture firmly
  • Place in a pot and bake it at 180 degree in a preheated over for 30 to 40 min
  • For chocolate mousse
  • Melt the dark chocolate and butter using double boiler
  • After the dark chocolate is melt let it cooldown
  • Whip the whipped cream using beater
  • Add the dark chocolate mixture to the whipped cream
  • Placing
  • Place the cake at the bottom of the container
  • Then pour the chocolate mousse mixture on top of it
  • Keep in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours
  • When set take it out of the container and decorate as u like
  • Please note the cake container must be as of cheese cake
