Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups plain flour


  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 2 tbsp melted butter


  • 3 tsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 cups milk


  • 4-5 tbsp butter milk


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 4-5 nos vanilla ice cream scoop

Directions

  • Sieve together the dry ingredients – plain flour, cocoa powder, castor sugar, baking powder and baking soda, butter.
  • Add the wet ingredients to to – vanilla essence, buttermilk, milk and salt and whisk it all together to make the batter.
  • Heat some butter on hot pan and spread the pancake batter and cook it well on both the sides
  • Place them on a plate and drizzle some chocolate sauce and garnish with vanilla ice cream
