Ingredients

200 grams brown mushrooms
150 grams broccoli
1 inch ginger chopped
2 red onion sliced
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Directions
wash mushrooms and cut it into small pieces and wash againn.
Wash broccoli and cut it into small pieces and blanch it with a pinch of salt in hot water.
Heat a pan and add some olive oil . Add cumin seeds and ginger along with sliced onions. Cook it for a minute.
Add all the spices and salt and stir well.
Add mushrooms and mix it well. Keep the flame high and cook it for another 5 minutes.
Take the broccoli and wash it under cold water.
Take the broccoli and wash it under cold water. (We dont want to over cook it so blanch it only for 2 minutes and strain it )
Check the mushrooms , give it a stirr and add the broccoli into the pan. Make sure it is nicely incorporated with the masala.
For a minute cook it on a high flame.
Transfer it on a serving bowl or plate and serve hot.
