Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Ings for the dough : APF (maida) 2 cups

  • oil 2-3 tbsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • Water 1 cups

  • Ings for filling : Ginger garlic n green chilli paste 1 tsp

  • mix vegetables finely chopped 2 cups

  • onion 2 nos

  • salt 2 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • amchur powder 1 tsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • black pepper 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat 1 tbsp oil add gg paste saute for few seconds .

    Heat 1 tbsp oil add gg paste saute for few seconds .

    add all the veges and cook on low flame till they r tender .

    add all the spices mix well.

    Now divide the dough into 2 equal parts a make a long log n cut into equal slices..n keep dem into a moist cloth.

    Take 1 slice n roll it by dusting it little wid dry maida.

    Put 1 tbsp of filling n gv the desired shape... like gujiya or modak.. N den steam in a idli steamer or a cooker for 8_ 10 mins

  • 08

    Enjoy hot with ketchup or Chinese sauce.
