Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Fish Fillet pieces 400-500 gms

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric 1/4 tsp

  • Juice lemon 1/2 nos

  • cloves garlic 3 nos

  • ginger 1 inch

  • salt or as per taste 1 tsp

  • peppercorns 1 tsp

  • shallots 4 nos

Directions

    Grind shallots, dry whole spices, ginger garlic spice powders, salt, 2 tbsp water and lemon juice to smooth paste

  • 02

    Marinate Fish Fillet with paste and rest for 30 minutes

  • 03

    Fry fish fillet in hot oil over medium heat. Do not disturb fish while it's getting fried

  • 04

    Carefully flip and cook on both sides

  • 05

    Serve hot with lemon wedges
