Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 400-500 gms fish fillet pieces


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric


  • 1/2 nos juice lemon


  • 3 nos cloves garlic


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1 tsp peppercorns


  • 4 nos shallots

Directions

  • Grind shallots, dry whole spices, ginger garlic spice powders, salt, 2 tbsp water and lemon juice to smooth paste
  • Marinate Fish Fillet with paste and rest for 30 minutes
  • Fry fish fillet in hot oil over medium heat. Do not disturb fish while it's getting fried
  • Carefully flip and cook on both sides
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges
