Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups for chocolate sponge cake: self rising flour


  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 1/2 nos milk maid tin


  • 1/4 cups butter (room temperature)


  • 1/2 cups milk/ water


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 cups for chocolate ganache : cream


  • 250 gms dark chocolate


  • 1 tbsp icing sugar

Directions

  • Sieve self rising flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,baking soda and salt
  • In one bowl beat butter and milk maid
  • Add sieve flour, vannila essence and milk.mix very well
  • Pour batter in cake mould and bake it for first 10minutes at 180c and then at 150c 20 to 25 minutes
  • Cool the cake for 1 hour
  • For chocolate Ganache:- melt dark chocolate in double boiler,when chocolate melt add cream and icing sugar.mix well and keep it cool
  • Cut cake in your choice shape ,pour chocolate ganache and garnish with colour balls.
