No onio no Garlic..
1 and half cup horsegrain Soak for 8 hours
1tbsp bisebelabath powder or sambar powder
1tbsp coriander powder
1/2 Tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds,jeera
2 red chillies
1/2 Tsp grated ginger
Method : Cooker and quick recipes..
In cooker add normal oil and add mustard, needs ginger ,red chillies and hing and saute for 1 to 2 min
Then add tomato and fry 30sec then add the powders and soaked dhal with enough water not too much ...
ADD salt also and cook for 3 whistles
Once pressure released open the lid and pour coconut oil and serve hot
Enjoy the dhal with chappathi or rice...
You can add kasuri methi if u want (optional)
