  • leftover idlis grind in a mixer 6-7 nos

  • potatoes boiled n mashed 2 nos

  • green chillies finely chopped 2 nos

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • amchur powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • pav bhaji masala 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • Coriander 1 tsp

    Mix all the above ings..

    Make small lemon size balls n deep fry.

    Till golden crispy brown

  • 04

    Enjoy hot with ketchup or green chutney
