First heat ghee in a wok. Add onion and saute till it becomes translucent.
Now add chopped green chilly , ginger garlic paste and saute for another 2 minutes.
Now add tomato puree and saute till ghee oozes out.
Now add all spices and saute for few seconds.
Add water and let it be rolling boiled.
Now add moongra and boil for another 2-3 minutes.
Switch off the flame now and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve moongra curry hot with naan, chapati or rice.
