Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cup dosa batter


  • 2 boiled potato


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 green chilly chopped


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 3 -4 curry leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, when it splutter add curry leaves,ginger garlic paste, chillies and saute for a minute.
  • Add onions and salt. Wait till onion turn translucent.
  • Peel and mash potatoes and add into the pan.
  • Add some haldi, red chilly powder and mix well.
  • Meanwhile grease a tawa and pour some dosa batter to make mini uttapam. Add some potato mixture on top of it and press gently.
  • Add some oil and cook on both sides.
  • garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot with any chutney.
