  • 1 bunch fresh garlic leaves

  • 1 handful green chillies slit

  • 2-3 amla or gooseberry deseeded and diced

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 2 tsp oil


  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When it splutter add the chillies with chopped garlic. Saute for a minute.
  • Add amla and on a medium flame cook till amla turns tender.
  • Add salt and mix it well.
  • Eat with lunch.
