1 bunch fresh garlic leaves
1 handful green chillies slit
2-3 amla or gooseberry deseeded and diced
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp oil
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When it splutter add the chillies with chopped garlic. Saute for a minute.
Add amla and on a medium flame cook till amla turns tender.
Add salt and mix it well.
Eat with lunch.
