Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 nos onion long cut


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 5 nos tometo long cut


  • 1 cups groundnut


  • 1 cups water


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 piece cinoman (dal chini)


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp turmric pwd


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp kitchen king masala


  • 1 tsp coriander pwd


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 nos for kofta :boiled potatoes


  • 1/2 cups paneer mashed


  • 1/2 cups cashchew nut chopped


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1 cups coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp zeera pwd


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd,salt


  • 2 tsp cornflour


  • 2 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • Take a bowl mix the all ing.of kofta
  • Make kofta
  • Deep fry the kofta
  • Take a cooker put onion ,tometo and ground nut
  • Add water
  • Whistle it 3
  • Open the lead
  • Grind it in mixer jar
  • Take a pan heat oil
  • Add ginger garlic paste
  • Add bay leaf and cinnoan
  • Add chopped onion
  • Saute it till pinkish
  • Add grind greavy
  • Add all masala in it
  • Saute it
  • Simmer it for 8 to 10 min.
  • Take a plate put greavy
  • Put kofta in it
  • Spread coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with naan
