Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups rice


  • 2 tsp ghee


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cups boiled raazma


  • 2 nos onion


  • 2 nos tomato


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 2 tsp ginger


  • 6 nos garlic cloves


  • 4 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp sugar(optional)


  • 1 nos lemon juice


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp haldi powder

Directions

  • Cook rice in hot water
  • Add salt and ghee
  • Make a paste of onion,tomato,ginger,garlic and chilli
  • Heat oil in pan add jeera
  • When jeera splutter add paste and roast
  • And after 4 min add spices
  • And roast them also till it leaves oil
  • Add 2 cup water and raazma
  • Cook till all incorporate with each other
  • Add garam masala and amchur ppowder
  • Add sugar and lemon juice
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Give your kid in tiffin with rice and fryums
