Ingredients

Serves 4

  • rice 1 cups

  • ghee 2 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • boiled raazma 1 cups

  • onion 2 nos

  • tomato 2 nos

  • green chilli 2 nos

  • ginger 2 tsp

  • garlic cloves 6 nos

  • oil 4 tsp

  • jeera 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • coriander powder 2 tbsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • sugar(optional) 1 tsp

  • lemon juice 1 nos

  • Coriander leaves 2 tsp

  • haldi powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Cook rice in hot water

  • 02

    Add salt and ghee

  • 03

    Make a paste of onion,tomato,ginger,garlic and chilli

    Heat oil in pan add jeera

  • 05

    When jeera splutter add paste and roast

  • 06

    And after 4 min add spices

  • 07

    And roast them also till it leaves oil

    Add 2 cup water and raazma

  • 09

    Cook till all incorporate with each other

    Add garam masala and amchur ppowder

    Add sugar and lemon juice

    Garnish with coriander leaves

    Give your kid in tiffin with rice and fryums
