Ingredients

  • 1 cups corn grind in a mixer


  • 2 nos beetroot grated..squeeze m remove the excess water


  • 4 nos potatoes boiled n mashed


  • 3/4 cups sabudana grind it nicely in a mixer


  • 4 nos bread pieces grind in a mixer


  • bread pieces grind in a mixer 1 tsp


  • bread pieces grind in a mixer 1 tbsp


  • 1 tbsp amchur powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp chaatmasala


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste

Directions

  • Mix all the above ings.. u ll gt a soft dough
  • Now grease ur hands with oil take sum mixture in ur hand n make a flat tikki.
  • now with the help of ur finger make a hole in the center n deep fry.
  • Enjoy with sauce or chutney
