  • dark chocolate chopped 100 gms

  • butter 100 gms

  • powder sugar 150 gms

  • eggs 3 nos

  • vanilla extract 1 tsp

  • plain flour/apf 50 gms

    preheat oven to 200 degrees. grease ramekins & place them in a baking tray. Put the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl and set over a pan of hot water and stir until smooth. set aside to cool slightly for 15 minutes.

    Mix in the sugar, eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and finally the flour. mix until batter is smooth. pour the batter in greased ramekins. bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are firm to touch but the middles still feel soft & moist.

    Carefully run a knife around the edge of cakes to loosen. turn out onto serving plates & serve warm.
