  • dark chocolate pieces 150 gms

  • white chocolate pieces 100 gms

  • For filling : whole cream milk 500 ml

  • box blue bird vanilla china grass mix 1 nos

  • for garnish : tuti fruti sprinkles & chocolate shavings 1/2 cups


  • 01

    melt the white chocolate in microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds. give a nice stir & fill it up in a piping bag.

    in a silicone mould pipe the melted white chocolate like swirls & refrigerate for few seconds. now in another microwave bowl melt the dark chocolate for 1 minute. remove the silicone mould from the fridge(in which swirl white chocolate is already added) pour the dark melted chocolate in the silicone mould.

    Use the back of a spoon and spread it evenly around the inside of the liner. Place the cups in the freezer for about five minutes or until they are completely hardened.

    Carefully pop the chocolate cups out of the mould. keep it refrigerated .

    meanwhile boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel. add china grass powder & whisk well to combine everything perfectly . remove from heat & let it cool down completely. pour the cooled mixture in the prepared chocolate cups & refrigerate for few hrs

    sprinkle chocolate shavings & tuti fruti . serve chilled .
