Mix all the abive spices in water and mix well
Now seive the besan and add to the water n mix well.
See that there are no lumps formed.
Now cook the besan on low flame till the mixture is thick.
Now pour the mixture in a grease plate with corners.
Let it cool.
Now cover it with a foil paper n freeze fir 2 hours.
Now remove n unmould it .
Cut it long like french fries n deep fry on medium flame.
serve hot with sauce or any dip of ur choice.
Firstly in a wok dry roast red chillies & keep aside.
Now heat 1 tbsp oil i the same wok and roast onion garlin & ginger till it
changes it colour.
Off the flame n let it cool.
Now grind the onion paste along the roasted chillies.
Now again heat the remaining oil and the paste n cook on low flame.
Add the sauces vinegar n corn flour mixed in water.
Cook on low flame till u get the thick consistency of sauce.
