basmati rice (washed & soaked) 1 cups
full cream milk 1 litre
sugar 1/2 cups
bar semi sweet chocolate 1 nos
butter 3-4 tbsp
Discard the water from the rice & blend it to coarse paste In a heavy vessel boil the milk . Keep stirring occasionally to avoid sticking .
Meanwhile in a microwave safe bowl break the chocolate into pieces & add the butter. Heat for 30 seconds or until melted . Stir for a smooth paste n keep aside .
Add the rice paste, sugar to the boiling milk & cook until rice is cooked completely. Add the melted choclate & give a nice stir . Remove in a serving bowl & serve chilled
