Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups suji (rawa)


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 2 nos boiled nashed potatoes


  • 2 nos onion finely chopped


  • 2 nos capsicum finely chopped


  • 2-3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp amchur powder


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 1 tsp coriander


  • 2 nos onion garlic sauce : onion finely chopped


  • 2 nos green chillies chopped


  • 7-8 nos garlic flakes chopped


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp sugar


  • 1/2 tbsp salt


  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Mix all the above ings to make a batter .it shud be like idli batter. Let ut rest for 1/2 .
  • Now grease the cavities of appe pan n heat for few mins..
  • Add a pinch of soda to the batter.
  • Fill the cavitiez with the batter.
  • N cover the pan.
  • Let it cook for 4_5 mins or till its done.
  • Now turn it upside down n cook again till done.
  • Note..once u turn it dont cover the pan leave ut open only.. Enjoy hot with .onion garlic sauce or any sauce of ur choice..
  • ONION GARLIC SAUCE : mix all the above ing; n keep for an hour aftr that put in air tight container n keep; in fridge...can be stored for 15 days.
