Boil water in a deep vessel and add soaked rice in it
When it's three fourth done add 1 tsp lemon juice
Strain rice and it's ready to serve
In a wok heat one spoon ghee and roast moongodi golden brown take out in a plate
In same wok add jeera as it sputter add hing, ginger - chilly paste and stir for a minute
Add tomato and all masala and cook till oil separate
Add chopped potatoes and moongodi and water
Add salt and Garam masala and cook it covered till potato and moongodi well cooked
Serve hot piping moongodi with Steamed rice
