Ingredients

  • vermicelli 1/2 cups

  • full fat milk 2 cups

  • sugar 3-4 tsp

  • milk maid (optional) 3-4 tsp

  • badam 4 nos

  • kishmish 6-7 nos

  • kaju 4 nos

  • Pistachios 4 nos

  • green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp

  • cherry (optional) 2 tsp

  • saffron strands 5-6 nos

Directions

    In a pan fry ghee nd sevaiyan together

  • 02

    Add badam, kaju, kishmish into it fry them together

  • 03

    In different pan boil milk, sugar / milk maid nd Cardamom powder

  • 04

    Add the fried sevaiya mix into the milk pan, combine all ingredients together add saffron. Add little extra milk to loosen the dish toward the end

  • 05

    Serve hot garnish with some dry fruit nd cherry
