Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cups vermicelli


  • 2 cups full fat milk


  • 3-4 tsp sugar


  • 3-4 tsp milk maid (optional)


  • 4 nos badam


  • 6-7 nos kishmish


  • 4 nos kaju


  • 4 nos pistachios


  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder


  • 2 tsp cherry (optional)


  • 5-6 nos saffron strands

Directions

  • In a pan fry ghee nd sevaiyan together
  • Add badam, kaju, kishmish into it fry them together
  • In different pan boil milk, sugar / milk maid nd Cardamom powder
  • Add the fried sevaiya mix into the milk pan, combine all ingredients together add saffron. Add little extra milk to loosen the dish toward the end
  • Serve hot garnish with some dry fruit nd cherry
