Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour


  • 1 cup grated jaggery


  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts


  • 1 tbsp raisins


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 4 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • Mix oil in flour and knead a soft dough and let it rest for 10 minutes
  • Grate jaggery and add chopped nuts and raisins and mix
  • Take a lemon size portion from the dough and roll it
  • Spread filling evenly on it and cover with another roti and seal the sides with help of fork by making impressions
  • Heat griddle and transfer the paratha on it
  • Apply ghee and roast it golden brown from both sides
  • Cut it in pieces and enjoy
