Mix oil in flour and knead a soft dough and let it rest for 10 minutes
Grate jaggery and add chopped nuts and raisins and mix
Take a lemon size portion from the dough and roll it
Spread filling evenly on it and cover with another roti and seal the sides with help of fork by making impressions
Heat griddle and transfer the paratha on it
Apply ghee and roast it golden brown from both sides
Cut it in pieces and enjoy
