Mix beetroot puree, salt and 1 tsp oil in whole wheat flour and knead a dough
Keep it covered for 10 minutes
Meanwhile grind tomato, green chilly and ginger in a fine paste
Heat ghee in a cooker and add ghee in it
Add jeera, bayleaf and all masala in it and saute it
Add tomato paste and cook it till oil releases
Add lobia in it and water and pressure cook for 4-5 whistle
Do not open the lid let the steam release
Open it and simmer it on low flame
Heat oil in a wok
Take a lemon size portion from the dough and roll it
Deep fry it and serve it with lobia
