Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms rawa


  • rawa 125 gms


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp lime juice


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp coriander


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds


  • 5-6 nos green chillies cut into small pieces.


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 1/4 cups nylon sev

Directions

  • Make batter by mixing suji curd n little water consistency shud be like idli batter.
  • Let it ferment for an hour.
  • Now mix onion coriander red chilli lime juice salt n sugar in the batter n mix well.
  • Now take a kadhai heat oil n roast mustard seeds green chiliies wen the start splittering put little n curry leaves n put sum batter about 3/4 cup n let it cook on low flame. When it is roasted 1 side it will start leaving sides. Turn the sides n roast on the other sides . Till it is crispy n golden brown in color.
  • When roasted perfectly both the sides remove in a serving plate cut in + sign sprinkle some onion finely chopped n then sprinkle nylon sev over onion.. serve hot with chutney or sauce.
  • In this way complete the rest batter also..everytime u make u have to gv tadka n then pour the batter over it.
