  • rawa 250 gms

  • rawa 125 gms

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • chaat masala 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • lime juice 1 tbsp

  • sugar 1 tbsp

  • Coriander 1 tsp

  • onion 1 nos

  • mustard seeds 1 tbsp

  • green chillies cut into small pieces. 5-6 nos

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • Nylon sev 1/4 cups

    Make batter by mixing suji curd n little water consistency shud be like idli batter.

    Let it ferment for an hour.

    Now mix onion coriander red chilli lime juice salt n sugar in the batter n mix well.

    Now take a kadhai heat oil n roast mustard seeds green chiliies wen the start splittering put little n curry leaves n put sum batter about 3/4 cup n let it cook on low flame. When it is roasted 1 side it will start leaving sides. Turn the sides n roast on the other sides . Till it is crispy n golden brown in color.

    When roasted perfectly both the sides remove in a serving plate cut in + sign sprinkle some onion finely chopped n then sprinkle nylon sev over onion.. serve hot with chutney or sauce.

    In this way complete the rest batter also..everytime u make u have to gv tadka n then pour the batter over it.
