Ingredients

  • Green peas crushed 1 cup Wheat flour 1 1/2 cups Carom seeds 1 tspn Cumin seeds 1tspn Salt to taste Coriander finely chopped 1 tbsp Oil for deep-frying.

Directions

  • In a bowl mix together wheat and refined flour, carom seeds, cumin seeds, salt, crushed green peas and add little water to make a hard dough. Cover and set aside for fifteen minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls. Roll out each ball to a small puri.....roll it lightly to make small puris. Heat oil in a woke and deep fry the puris till golden and puffed. Drain and remove on absorbent paper and serve hot. "very healthy for anyone👍"
