1 bowl macroni 1 onion chopped 1 tomato chopped 2,3 garlic chopped 1 tsp coriender 1/2 tsp origano 1/2tsp chilly flacks 3,4 tsp chees or chees slices 2,3 tsp tomato souce 1 tsp pizza seasoning salt to tast 1/2 tsp red chilly powder 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder 1 tablespoon oil
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Drain.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot then add garlic to it add finely chopped onion green chilly Saute everything for while. Now add finely chopped tomato to it. Saute for around 2 minutes so that the veggies becomes nice and crunchy. Don’t cook the too much.
Now add salt, red chilly powder and tomato sauce into it. Mix everything really well. Cook for few more minutes. Then add boiled macaroni to the veggies along with some chopped green coriander.
Stir for 1 minute and cook the macaroni until macaroni gets nicely coated with the sauce and spices. now sprinkle origano , chilly flacks, pizzaa seasoning, nd cheez on it steam for 2 minute
Steaming hot veg macaroni is now ready. Transfer it out in a serving plate.
