Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms paneer cut into square or rectangular shape


  • 2 cups curd


  • 1.5 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tbsp dhania powder


  • 2 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 2 nos onion


  • 4 nos big red tomatoes


  • 1 piece ginger


  • 10-12 nos flakes of garlic


  • 4-5 nos green chillies


  • 1 pinch tandoori color

Directions

  • Grind onion tomato green chilli ginger garlic to a fine paste.
  • Take a big flat pan n mix all the above ing in the curd except paneer .
  • now take paneer pieces one by one n apply the mixture to all sides.
  • Marinate for about 2-3 hours ... now remove the paneer pieces n fry for a minute at a time you can put 2-3 pieces in such a way that they do not stick to each other.. meanwhile in the other pan heat 4-5 tbsp oil and put the curd mixture and cook till oil seperates .
  • add paneer and cook on low flame for 4_5 mins Off the flame serve hot with chappati or nan.
