Ingredients

  • Fish pieces 1 kgs

  • Lemon juice 2 tsp

  • Round bringal 1 nos

  • Onion paste 1 cups

  • Garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Ginger paste 1 tsp

  • Crushed kasuri methi 1 tsp

  • Chopped green coriander 2 tsp

  • Fresh Tomato Puree 1/2 cups

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Haldi 1 tsp

  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • Salt...as taste 1 tsp

  • Mustard oil 5 tsp

  • FOR BOILED RICE:Rice 250 gms

  • Salt 2 tsp

Directions

    Fish ko ache se wash kare phir 1sp salt dal kar ache se mix kar ke wash kare phir lemon juice ,salt and half sp haldi powder dal kar mix kare 2 hours ke liye side kar de.

    After 2 hours wok main oil smoke kar fish ko ache se fry kar le isse oil main garlic saute kar onion paste add kar bhune.

    Brinjal ko peel kar lengthwise cut kar le water main he cut kare jab onion bhun jaye

    Tomato puree and baingan dal kar ache se bhune saath he saath baingan ko ppress kar uska bharta bana de phir sabhi masale add kare jitni gravy aap like kare utnapani dal de ache se boil kare

    fish pieces add kar 2 minutes tak boil kar gas off kar de green coriander and kasuri methi sprinkle kar garma garam boiled rice ke sath serve kare

    To make Boiled Rice:Rice ko wash kar half an hour ke liye soak kare.

    Kisi patila main pani boil kare jab pani boil ho jaye tho rice add kare salt bhi dal de rice ko mix kar de jab 🍚 boil ho jaye tho stain kar serve kare.

    Note:FISH KO JITNA WASH KARE VO SAAF HO JATI HAI. BAINGAN SE GRAVY THICK O JATI HAI.
