Preheat oven to 180 and line muffin tin
Sieve flour, baking powder and salt. Keep it aside
Beat cream to form peaks. Keep it aside
In another bowl, blend sugar and eggs until pale and frothy. Add vanilla extract and blend well
Add whipped cream and cocoa powder and blend
Slowly add dry ingredients and mix until well combined
Reserve 3 tbsp chopped chocolate and add remaining to batter. Fold in gently
Pour batter into prepared muffin tin upto 2/3 level
Add reserved chopped chocolate on top of batter in muffin tin
Bake for 18-25 minutes until done. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Best served warm with glass of milk
