For 1/2 kg of raw bananas----Boil bananas with skin for nly a whistle ... Cool and peel the skin and cut in 1 " thick pieces. Now heat oil nd shallow fry all with haldi snd salt.
In the same oil add some more quantity of oil and add jeera and red chilly whole.
Make a paste of 2 medium tomatoes, 6 cloves of garlic, 1" ginger, 8 garlic cloves, 1 tsp dhania powder, 2 tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp of khus khus (soaked in water before an hour of making paste), haldi.
When jeera and chillies splutter, add the masala pastend fry till oil separates. Add fried bananas and add 1 glass water. Boil till cooked.
