  • Pistachios 5 nos

  • Kishmish 1 tsp

  • Cornflour 2 tsp

  • Maida 2 tsp

  • Salt...as taste 1 tsp

  • Ginger paste 1/2 tsp

  • Green coriander chopped 1 tsp

  • FOR GRAVY:Fresh tomato big size 5 nos

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • Butter 2 tsp

  • Hing 1 pinch

  • Jeera 1/2 tsp

  • Haldi 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt..as taste 1 tsp

  • Amul fresh cream 200 ml

  • Ginger Paste 1/2 tsp

    Maida and cornflour mix kare thora salt dal kar thick batter bana le bina lumps ke.

    Paneer ke one inch thick square pieces cut kar le .jo side se paneer cutting ka hoga usse alag kar le sharp 🔪 se triangle cut kar le phir triangle piece ko slit kar pocket bana le.

    Almond,cashew,pista,kishmish ko barik 2 cut kar le usme salt, green coriander and side se cut kiya hua paneer crumble kar mix kare
