Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup rice washed and soaked


  • 1/2 cup beans chopped


  • 2 onion chopped


  • 1/4 chopped carrot


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 black pepper


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce


  • For Manchurian.... 1 cup grated or finely chopped veggies (carrot, capsicum, cabbage, green onion)


  • 1 tsp chopped green onion


  • 1 tsp maida


  • 1 tsp cornflour


  • 1/2 tsp vinegar

Directions

  • Cook rice till three fourth
  • Heat oil in a wok and onion and saute it
  • Add all the veggies and cook for a minute at high flame
  • Add 1/2 tsp both sauce and salt and pepper according to taste
  • Add boiled rice and mix it.. Fried rice is ready
  • Take veggies in a mixing bowl add add maida, cornflour, chilly sauce, salt and mix it
  • Heat oil in a wok and make balls from this and deep fry it
  • Take extra oil from the wok and add green onions and saute it
  • Add red chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar
  • Make a mix of cornflour in one cup water and add this
  • Add all the fried balls and salt to taste
  • Manchurian is ready serve it with fried rice
