Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 1 cup dosa batter

  • 2 onion chopped

  • 1/2cup chopped cabbage

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 2 grated carrot

  • 4-5 garlic chopped

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp sezhwan sauce

  • 1 tsp tomato sauce

  • 1 tsp soya sauce

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup boiled noodles

  • 1 cup grated processed cheese

Directions

    Heat oil in a wok and add onion and garlic and saute it

    Add all the veggies and stir

  • 03

    Add tomato sauce and soya sauce and mix

  • 04

    Add boiled noodles, salt and pepper and mix keep the flame high

  • 05

    Take it out and let it cook

  • 06

    Heat tava and spread dosa batter on it

  • 07

    Put one spoon butter and sezhwan sauce and mix it and spread evenly over it

  • 08

    Put one spoonful of veggies on one side put ample amount of cheese over it and roll it
